This is a great read!Ms. Caldecott offers interesting history on the Celts in her introduction and also offers insightful interpretations and analysis of Celtic mythological tales after retelling these great stories from the point of view of the main female characters. A great book -- I highly recommend it for anyone interested in the genre.
Good for anyone intersted in Celtic MythWhen I read the book I was looking not even for the myth but also for explanation of them. This book gives it both. The author has "rewritten" the old stories, I mean she has but them together under new aspects which I find refreshing. So if you never dared to go to the original material for fear of not understanding, read this book first it stirs the appetite for more.
