You gotta love these quick breadsI don't agree with the very first reviewer who rated this book one star only. To set the record, this book has been translated from an non-German work. In the original *English* version you can clearly understand that the author supplies an assortiment of *quick* breads which, as many people would agree, are BREAD in the purest meaning of it. It's not that the whole world enjoys or sees bread exclusively as the sauerteig sort!
I do recommend this book because it's a good one.
